The customer didn’t receive check, can I send it again?

All transactions are saved in payments history, accessible from mobile app and from ibox Analytics.

So, in case you need to re-send the check:

  1. Start iboxPro app
  2. Enter your login and password for ibox system into corresponding fields, if authentication is successful you will be moved to payment acceptance screen
  3. Press menu icon in upper left corner of the screen. A panel with a list of main menu options will open
  4. Choose “Sales history”
  5. Choose “Banking card” as payment method
  6. Set microphone level to maximum and swipe the card through ibox reader, with magnetic strip towards wider part of the reader. Or insert the card with chip facing upwards inside the slot (see markings on the terminal) and press OK.
  7. Ask the customer to sign on a smartphone’s display. Compare with signature sample on the back side of the card, if everything is OK, press “Continue”
  8. Ask the customer to give you email or phone number to send the check, then put them into corresponding fields and press “Send” button.
